The nearest bus stop is a short walk away, offering regular services to Béziers and other surrounding towns. For those arriving by train, Béziers train station is approximately a 20-minute drive from the apartment, providing connections to major cities. Parking is available on the street, and there is also public parking nearby. For airport access, Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport (BZR) is about a 15-minute drive, making it a convenient option for air travel. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area. "Please note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect these times. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please be aware that the building does not have an elevator. Street parking is available, but please pay attention to local parking regulations. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience. The kitchen includes essential appliances like a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. For any questions or assistance during your stay, please contact me through the platform messaging system.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.
