We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in Valras met zijn prachtige stranden en goede restaurants. Het was warm maar het huis was redelijk koel ondanks dat er geen airco was. Bij binnenkomst was alles blinkend schoon.
Helaas was er wel een vervelend probleem. We hadden een stapeltje kleding laten liggen in het appartement en belde naar het bureau om het even op te halen. Helaas zeiden ze dat het niet gevonden was. We bleven met een naar gevoel achter.

Nous avons payé ce logement afin de pouvoir profiter de tous les équipements annoncés. Malheureusement, plusieurs problèmes ont fortement gâché notre séjour.

Le micro-ondes n’était pas disponible, le réfrigérateur n’a fonctionné qu’à partir du deuxième jour, et le siphon de la douche était complètement bouché, ce qui faisait remonter toute la saleté.

On nous a assuré qu’une intervention aurait lieu, mais personne ne s’est déplacé. Nous avons finalement reçu un appel à 20 h pour venir déboucher le siphon, alors que nous quittions le logement le lendemain à 9 h. Cette intervention tardive n’avait donc plus aucun intérêt.

Lorsque nous nous sommes rendus à l’agence pour signaler ces dysfonctionnements, nous avons été très mal accueillis. Un employé s’est montré agressif, et nous a reproché d’envoyer « des messages à la con » lorsque nous avions simplement essayé de les prévenir des problèmes rencontrés.

Nous sommes très déçus par cette expérience.

Guilhem und Kollegen sind reaktionsschnell, aufmerksam sehr freundliche Gastgeber, beantworten alle Fragen die Kommunikation ist einfach und sie tuen alles, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen, top. Vielen Dank nochmal.
Gesichertem guten Parkplatz in geschlossenen Garten, Zugang zum Strand über die Uferstrasse. Wohnung in 1° Stock ohne Lift. Hellhörige ältere Wohnung, sehr sauber, Küche mit alles und mehr. Gute Betten. Die Wohnung ist Praktisch im Zentrum, viele Restaurants und alles was dazu gehört.
Während unseren Aufenthalt (25-28.6) war das Wichtige Dorffest, St. Pierre mit live Musik, DJ, Feuerwerk und den Rest das dazu gibt, man hört es bis spät in der Nacht aber das ist die Ausnahme. Sehr nette Geste mit 2 Flaschen Wasser schon in Kühlschrank, Café, seife, und andere Kleinigkeiten die Freude machen.
