Welcome to this bright and functional apartment located between the lively Mouettes district and the Valras-Plage casino. Just a stone’s throw from the beach and the shops on Avenue des Élysées, it’s the ideal place to fully enjoy a stay with family or friends. Bed linen provided (beds made), welcome kit and Valras’Loc concierge service included.

Location à éviter pour ne pas être déçu.

Points à améliorer : Très très déçus de notre séjour, manque d'entretien et nettoyage. Un nombre considérable de détails à remédier.
Comment peut-on louer un bien dans cet état. Les photos faîtes parlent d'elles-mêmes.

Nous avons passé un week-end à Valras et avons réservé à la dernière minute. L’agence a été très réactive et la communication avant notre arrivée a été simple et efficace.
L’appartement est bien situé, avec un accès facile à la plage, et convient parfaitement pour cinq personnes.
En revanche, quelques points ont malheureusement terni notre séjour : la télécommande permettant l’accès au parking privé ne fonctionnait pas et nous n’avons pas trouvé la place de parking associée à l’appartement. De plus, le lave-vaisselle ainsi que la hotte étaient hors service. Enfin, nous avons trouvé que la propreté de l’appartement à notre arrivée n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de la plage et des commerces. C'est un bon logement Airbnb, mais il est un peu juste pour 5 personnes ; il conviendrait mieux pour 4.
