It is a wonderful location. The apartament is great equippt all the stuff you need during your holiday. The air condition also is a good idea. Close to the apartament there are local.shops and market so you can buy there fresk products. Every time I asked for information or help from the People responsible for the apartament I was advised and they helped us ev bought us the new beach chairs or fixed the barbaque. It was a pleasnt time also thanks to the facto that the beach is located 1 minut walking from the apartment

Our stay was really enjoyable.
Right next to the beach, so you can hear the waves while sipping on a glass of wine in the evenings.
Easy to get things within walking distance.
Very quiet and friendly neighbourhood.
The place itself is very functional and well-equipped. We stayed for two weeks and could easily take care of everything.
Evening barbecues were a family highlight.
Highly recommended.

Bel appartement en front de mer, dans une impasse très calme avec acces direct à la plage. Lumière traversante et un espace extérieur grâce au balcon d‘un côté et à la terasse meublée de l‘autre, chacun avec vue sur mer. Le logement correspond bien à la description et est idéalement bien situé (accès plage, restaurant et supérette à proximité).
Les échanges se sont également bien passé avec notre hôte.
Petits bémols sur le ménage qui n’avais pas bien été fait à notre arrivée, la literie qui n’est pas confortable et le barbecue qui était sale ce qui était très décevant car nous avions acheté de quoi en faire un.

The apartment was really great and very well equipped. It has one balcony and one terrace, and the view was amazing. It’s located just a few steps from the sea. There are free parking spots nearby, so you can easily park your car. Even during the summer season, I had no problem finding a free spot.
The only issue I had was with the lock downstairs. Opening it was fine, but closing it was almost impossible — you should definitely consider replacing it.
Communication with the host was good through Airbnb messages, but if you don’t have internet, phone calls were not answered. Also, the people responsible for the keys at check-in and check-out were not very punctual.
Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Propre, accessible et chaque petit détail était prévu pour se sentir comme à la maison.Rien ne manquait ( rangement accessoires dans la cuisine la salle d'eau les chambres).
Dommage que l'on n'est pas prévu un séjour plus long!

Nous avons adoré notre sejour à Valras-Plage et le logement offre une superbe vue sur la mer. La plage est propre et calme mais la mer est un peu froide pour se baigner. Nous étions bien situés pour visiter Gruissan, Bésiers et Carcassone.
