Nous avons adoré l'emplacement dans une résidence privée et sécurisée située à l'entrée de Valras plage. L'appartement est au calme avec une place de parking dédiée, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours sans qu'elle ne soit surchargée. Vous êtes à 15/20min de la plage et des commerces, ce qui permet de ne pas avoir forcément à se déplacer en voiture.
Le logement est fidèle aux photos et à la description, bien équipé, propre et avec une grande terrasse. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant, peut-être un peu juste pour ranger toutes nos affaires, mais cela n'a pas été dérangeant car nous les avions laissés dans nos sacs qui étaient sur la terrasse.
Nous avons eu la chance lors de notre départ de rencontrer le propriétaire qui était très sympathique.
Seule remarque au sujet de la conciergerie, nous avons dû attendre 30min lors de la remise des clés malgré l'heure convenue, sinon rien à redire la communication était parfaite.
