The accommodation is located on the seafront, in the Les Vagues residence, close to the beach (less than 50 m). Sought-after, quiet area close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, markets, entertainment and marina all within walking distance.

Mal alojamiento en buena situación

La ubicación, la terraza y la playa.
Points à améliorer : No dispone de nada que no esté en el anuncio: Sin ascensor (el apartamento en un cuarto), sin aire acondicionado, ni lavadora ni lavavajillas ni secador de pelo.
Sólo funcionaba un fuego. No funcionaba la televisión.
Muebles viejos con mal olor.

La situation est l’emplacement de cet appartement avec une vue fantastique sur la mer avec accès à la plage à 50 m, le logement est spacieux , belle terrasse sur la mer, l’appartement n’est pas climatisé mais beaucoup d’air traversant. Alors je recommande ce logement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, même si quelques détails sont à amélioré un séjour au top

Catastrophique

La vue était surprenante
Points à améliorer : L’appartement étais sale et mal entretenue … clic clac qui ferait du bruit lorsque l’on étais assis ou couché….pas de climatisation un petit ventilateur mais qui n’étais pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs ….
Salle de bain et WC très sale alors que soit disant le ménage étais fait , l’agence prend quand même 100 euros de frais pour ménage mais rien n’a été fait alors que je leur ai signalé .
Les tasses de cafés étaient collantes donc non lavées ….
Il y avait du sable dans tout l’appartement ce qui étais très désagréable ….
Toile d’araignée dans chaque pièce … baignoire sale ….
Je ne recommande pas du tout l’appartement !

Le logement ne correspond pas totalement à la description et aux photos.
Le canapé lit est de mauvaise qualité (très vieillot), les toilettes sont vraiment à refaire (tâches), les placards sont encombré d’objets divers, le mobilier est assez vétuste également.
Il faut savoir que l’appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur.
Heureusement qu’il y a un balcon agréable avec une belle vu.
Nous sommes assez déçu, si nous avions tous ses éléments nous aurions pas loué l’appartement.

logement vu mer très agréable, un peu vetuste (peinture se décollant à certains endroits, toilettes très tachée), mais pratique.
