Security Deposit – Guarantee Required

• A security deposit will be required via a pre-authorisation on a bank card, starting from €150 depending on the accommodation.
• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete your check-in.
• At that time, you will be able to register your bank card for the security deposit.
• If we are unable to process the security deposit, access to the accommodation cannot be provided.

Baby equipment is available as an optional extra: a travel cot and high chair can be provided as a package for €15 per stay.

The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Late arrival after 11:00 PM: a €40 surcharge applies only if an in-person check-in is required. If you arrive after 11:00 PM and check in independently, no additional fee will be charged.
