Villa Zohra – The Space

Discover this beautiful 180 m² villa, fully furnished and equipped to comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends.

Ground Floor

- A spacious 90 m² living area**, featuring a bright and welcoming lounge, a TV area, and an open-plan kitchen with a central island, perfect for spending quality time together.
- A fully equipped kitchen** with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
- A master suite** featuring a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, and private en-suite shower room.
- A separate laundry room** equipped with a washing machine.
- A separate toilet.
First Floor

Upstairs, you will find four additional bedrooms:

- Bedroom 2: One double bed.
- Bedroom 3: Three single beds (90 cm each).
- Bedroom 4: One double bed.
- Bedroom 5: Two single beds (90 cm each).

A shared shower room and a separate toilet complete this floor.

Mandatory Security Deposit

- A security deposit is required for all guests.
- The deposit is collected through a credit card pre-authorization, ranging from €300 to €1,500, depending on the property.
- You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival inviting you to complete your online check-in.
- During this process, you will be asked to provide your credit card details to authorize the security deposit.
-If the security deposit cannot be successfully authorized, access to the property cannot be granted.
Baby Equipment – Optional

A baby equipment package is available for €15 per stay, including:

- Travel cot with its standard mattress (no additional thick mattress provided).
