Très bel appartement extrêmement bien situé dans le très joli quartier des Halles de Béziers. Ambiance fort chouette et sentiment de sécurité. La seule chose que je changerais dans l’appartement est l’éclairage au salon/cuisine qui laisse à désirer avec un plafonnier qui éclaire très peu. Peut-être vaudrait-il la peine de le remplacer par des spots halogènes sur rail? 😎

Great little apartment, ideal for two people. Very comfy bed and nice large shower. The apartment is in a superb location, right next to Les Halles in the centre of Beziers, everything is in walking distance. There is even a small Carrefour supermarket just over the road. The train / bus station is a 15 min walk. We got the train to Nimes one day and the bus to Valras Plage another day.
Would highly recommend.
And Beziers is a really beautiful city to explore. A real gem ! And has some great restaurants too.

Excellent stay. Apartment very well equipped and comfortable bed. Locations perfect especially being opposite Les Halles where the quality and variety of food is fabulous, especially the seafood! Tourist Office just around the corner which is helpful. Great coffee available outside the front door as is an excellent restaurant. Everyone in Beziers is very helpful and friendly - always ask questions. Beziers has certainly stolen my heart!

Appartamento in pieno centro, in zona pedonale, ma con un posteggio a pagamento a meno di 200m. Pulito, ordinato e di recente ristrutturazione.
Points à améliorer : Le scale per raggiungerlo sono piuttosto piccole ed alte, quindi con i bagagli sono piuttosto scomode

Lovely new apartment all as listed, only have to be aware as it is listed that you have stairs to climb with your cases, so the smaller the case the easy for you.
Apartment has all lovely new amenities that are needed fr a lovely staircase.
Only one - for us was that we wanted fresh air rather than using the A/C but unfortunately the bar below always had lots of smokers outside, therefore every time we opened the patio doors the smell was too much, unfortunately that is not something that the host can change.
Easy access to Les Halle which is an amazing place for every kind of meal you would want along with drinks & the beauty of not having far to go.
Near to supermarket’s, restaurants & among the area of the old town.
The walk from the railway station was about 15 min, so not too bad for us.
All in all our stay was a very good one with quick & helpful response from our host.

My second stay with the same host and everything from start to finish was a good experience.
Self Check in/ Check out was easy. Apartment is very clean and comfortable with all the essentials one would need for the duration of the visit to the city.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Once we got our big luggage up the 2 flights of stairs to the apartment, we had a lovely stay. Great location. The apartment was comfortable for our stay. Enjoyed the wanders across to the food hall & restaurants close by.

Nice newly renovated apartment. Host met us on arrival and gave us some good tips for our stay - recommend Les Bon Amis round the corner for food! Great location for exploring the town.
A minor downside was some noise from work happening in the building, but we spent most of the time out of the apartment so it didn’t bother us - worth mentioning for others in case you plan to work / stay inside (good wifi though!).
On the Friday night the street gets filled with locals and music is playing quite loudly - great if you want to join in, and only an issue if you plan to sleep on the sofa bed.
The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and really quiet, so the music didn’t bother me at all.
Altogether, I gave the whole experience 5 stars because of the comfort and charm of the apartment, the helpful hosts, the excellent location, and the value.

It’s a nice flat in a lovely location, but there were a couple of disappointments. The main one being that at the time of our stay the main door off the street wasn’t secure as there was no lock.

Bezier est une magnifique ville ! Surprenante !
Le logement de Aksel est situé tout en haut de la ville ! Nous étions à vélo ! Ce fut un peu compliqué de trouver l’emplacement car les rues de la vielle ville sont complexe .
Le logement semblait plus grand sur photo, mais il est très adéquat pour deux personnes.
Il y a une multitude de restaurant, et d’offres alimentaires autour de l’appartement.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et l’accueil de Alissa !

What an excellent Find this place was. My partner and I found ourselves in a difficult situation and needed a place ASAP, up came Aksel’s and from the moment he responded we felt totally looked after. Excellent his staff were unbelievable. Couldn’t help us more if they tried. Where the place is,is in a perfect position for Beziers. We were opposite what they call the food square which is an indoor place and the food was off the Richter scale. We were so happy to find this place if we ever return to Beziers we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Aksel and your team, you are to be commended for not only your hospitality but going out of your way to help us.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and the host was friendly.
Great location, right in the centre - but incredibly noisy at night from the bars below. The music stopped just after midnight.

Perfect place in a central location. 15 minute walk from the train/bus station.
Spoilt for choice in respect of bars and restaurants. You can walk to all the local historic sites, including the nine locks of Fonseranes, or if more fit along the canal to Colombiers for lunch. Bus services very good and no matter where you go always seem to cost just 2 euros!

Great location; Very cute apartment, well furnished and well stocked. The bed is a little small - we actually ended up sleeping on the sofa bed because it was slightly wider. There was a bit of black mold in the bathroom but I think it's likely in the pipes. My partner has some respiratory issues so she felt it, but I'm fine so it really didn't bother me. I genuinely only think it'll be an issue for people that already have respiratory problems, which is why I mention it at all.
Overall I loved the place and highly recommend it! Also, Anissa was amazing at managing anything and everything. We've been using Airbnb solidly for years - she's the best property manager I've seen by miles and her customer service is top notch!

I had such a lovely stay here, and the apartment is beautifully renovated and perfectly located overlooking Les Halles. I arrived on Sunday and it was brilliant sitting outside in the sunshine with food and wine while the square was full of locals. Such a great atmosphere!!
Even though I booked last minute, Anissa and Johnny were incredibly accommodating and flexible with check-in. They were both so friendly and attentive, meeting me on arrival and again when I left, and making sure I had everything I needed.
The apartment itself is gorgeous, very well equipped, and really comfortable to stay in. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone considering (if I’m not back here already)!

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment, it’s cozy and there’s everything you need. The location is fantastic. The hosts were very responsive. The only issue I’ve had is with the wifi which at times was spotty. Note I only mentioned it to the host it at the end of my stay.
