This property had some quirks- overall it was good value for money. Great location and parking really handy. The quirks have been shared with the host!

住所位置很好,非常宽敞,户外露台很漂亮,与照片相符。清洁方面有较大不足(户外长凳非常脏,室内外的窗户、餐垫、椅脚以及部分椅子也不干净,一扇柜门完全无法固定,柜子底部脏,淋浴排水格栅松动且不干净,浴缸需要好好擦洗一下,楼梯需要除尘)。这并不影响公寓本身很棒,但还是有必要指出这个问题。

这间公寓对五位成年人来说舒适又宽敞。厨房宽敞现代,卧室和浴室宽敞干净。设施与 Emmanuel 提供的描述相符。热水为电加热,请注意不要淋浴过久。

Comfortable apartment in a great location for a cycling holiday in the Alps, with close access to the Venosc village cable car and really useful to have dedicated parking next to the apartment.

Emmanuel and Annabelle were great hosts with flexible check-in/check-out times, and were readily available to contact which was much appreciated.

我们度过了非常愉快的滑雪一周。
Emmanuel 的住所在度假村内位置很好:步行(10 分钟)即可到达雪道,离酒吧和餐厅很近,适合夜晚欢聚。
我们四个人每人都有自己的卧室和浴室:滑雪度假时真是奢侈!还有洗衣机,太加分了。
设备方面,如果有一台烤奶酪炉和一台奶酪火锅设备,就可以品尝山区美食了;另外,面向楼栋入口的卧室窗户以及街上能被看到的客厅,如果加装薄纱窗帘,会更有私密性。
话虽如此,我们的住宿依然很完美,公寓的空间和位置功不可没。

Mooi appartement, sfeervol, van alle gemakken voorzien. We verbleven er met 8 personen, slaapbank is prima. Op loopafstand van restaurantjes, cafe's, winkels e.d.
步行即可到达 Diable 缆车,滑雪巴士在不远处停靠且班次频繁,所以同样方便。
唯一的缺点:淋浴间没有足够的热水,滑雪储物柜很小(仅有 2 个),8 副雪板勉强放得下,但遗憾的是只能放 4 双雪靴。
Tips; handig om te vermelden welk koffiezetapparaat er is en een tweede sleutel was handig geweest. We hebben een fijne week gehad!

The location is excellent, right near the ski lifts, shops, and restaurants, and the home matches the photos.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the management and communication here was poor. The listed 'concierge' is actually an office a 20-minute walk away. We arrived by taxi at the property before finding ourselves forced to walk a 40 minutes round-trip in the snow with our luggage to get keys. Communication was unhelpful, and worse, they initially gave us the wrong keys, leaving us stranded in the freezing cold. You also have to return keys to this distant office at checkout. Finally, a main glass panel was smashed. Management admitted they knew about it but failed to inform us beforehand. While it didn’t spoil our stay, the lack of transparency is concerning, especially for families. Great spot, poor service.

Superb! As a group we have been skiing together around French resorts for over 20 years. We all agreed that this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in through AirBnb. Top quality throughout. Just be sure to note the keys are at a central collection point at the other end of the town and factor that into your check in plans.

我们住得很愉快,公寓里一应俱全。即使住满最多 8 位客人,空间也相对宽敞。位置极佳,离缆车、商店、酒吧等都非常近。如果再去 Les Deux Alpes,我一定还会入住。

My only criticism would be the 15min walk to collect / return keys, when arriving late and leaving early this can be a tad frustrating, something to consider if using pre booked transfers etc.

But overall would definitely recommend 👍
