ID document. Verification is carried out by Stripe Identity, which processes the photo of the document and the selfie. MyLocTravel neither receives nor keeps these photos: only the result is recorded on the account.
Recipients. Data is shared only with: the owner of the booked home (name, dates, number of guests), Guesty (booking management software), Stripe (payment and ID verification), the SMS and email provider, and the site host (WordPress.com). No data is sold. Some providers are located outside the European Union and are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies. The site uses necessary cookies (login, security, booking in progress). Audience measurement and advertising cookies are only set with your consent, via the consent banner.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to contact@myloctravel.com or use the messaging in your account. Reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
