Programme de fidélité — 10 晚 = 1 张 5 % — version du 7 octobre 2026 代金券

English translation provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.

Article 1 — Organiser

The “MyLocTravel Club” loyalty programme (the “Club”) is offered by MYLOCTRAVEL, a French SAS with share capital of 1,000 euros, whose registered office is at 1 Avenue des Élysées – 34350 VALRAS-PLAGE, France, registered with the Béziers Trade and Companies Register under number 999 035 280 (“MyLocTravel”).

These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the rules of the Club. They supplement the general booking terms, which continue to apply to every stay.

Article 2 — Definitions

  • 会员: any adult holding a customer account on myloctravel.com or in the MyLocTravel app.
  • 直接预订: a booking made and paid on myloctravel.com or in the MyLocTravel app, in the Member’s name and from their account.
  • Participating property: a property marked as part of the loyalty programme (“Club fidélité” badge) on its page and at booking.
  • Accommodation price: the price of the nights paid by the Member, after discounts, excluding cleaning fees, tourist tax and other taxes, service fees, MyLocTravel Cover, options and deposit.
  • Club card: the count of nights earned by the Member in the Club.
  • Voucher: the reduction received when the Club card reaches 10 nights.

Article 3 — Membership

Membership is free, with no purchase required, and automatic when a customer account is created. One account per person. Members may leave the Club at any time by asking for their account to be deleted; their nights and Vouchers are then lost.

Article 4 — Earning晚

Each night of a Direct booking in a Participating property adds one night to the Member’s Club card, credited the day after check-out once the stay is completed and fully paid.

The following do not count: bookings made on a platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo / Abritel, Expedia, etc.), by phone, by e-mail or at an agency, non-participating properties, cancelled, interrupted or unpaid stays, and nights paid entirely with a Voucher. The amount paid with a Voucher is not included in the next Voucher.

Article 5 — The Voucher: 10 nights = 1 Voucher of 5 %

As soon as the Club card reaches 10晚, the Member receives a Voucher worth 5 % of the cumulated Accommodation price of those 10晚. Example: 7 nights at €100 and 3 nights at €200 (€1,300) give a Voucher of 65,00 €. Nights beyond 10 carry over to the next card.

Article 6 — Using the Voucher

The Voucher can be used on any new Direct booking, in any property, by ticking “Utiliser mon bon Club” when booking. It is deducted only from the Accommodation price, up to that amount.

The Voucher is used in one go, on one booking. If it is worth more than the Accommodation price of that booking, the difference is lost. One Voucher per booking; the oldest is used first.

If the booking is cancelled, the Voucher is returned with its original expiry date, except for a non-refundable cancellation (cancellation by the Member at a time when the property’s cancellation terms no longer provide any refund), in which case the Voucher is lost. Vouchers are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or refunded.

Article 7 — Validity

A Voucher is valid for 12 months its creation. Club card nights remain valid as long as the Member stays with a Direct booking at least once every 12 months;起 without any stay for 12 months (and no upcoming booking), the card is reset to zero. Members are warned by e-mail 30 days beforehand.

Article 8 — Tiers

  • 会员: from sign-up — Club card, 10 nights = 1 Voucher of 5 %.
  • 金级: from 10 晚，12 months — Member benefits, early check-in subject to availability, priority line.
  • 白金级: from 30 晚，12 months — Gold benefits, free late check-out subject to availability, welcome basket.

Article 9 — Balance and complaints

Members can see their Club card, Vouchers, expiry dates and history in their customer area (“Mon Club”). Complaints must be sent through the customer area messages or by e-mail within 6 months of the stay concerned.

Article 10 — Fraud, changes and end of the programme

In case of fraud or misuse, MyLocTravel may cancel nights or Vouchers obtained irregularly and suspend or close the membership. MyLocTravel may change or end the Club with at least 30 days’ notice on the website and by e-mail; Vouchers already earned remain usable until their expiry date (at least 6 months if the programme ends). Transitional provision: Wallet credit earned before 7 October 2026 (former 5% programme) remains usable under its original terms.

Article 11 — Personal data

The data needed to run the Club (identity, stays, nights and Vouchers) is processed by MyLocTravel to operate the programme, in accordance with its 隐私政策. Members have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability described in that policy.

Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a consumer Member may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator under the conditions set out in the general booking terms, before taking legal action. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those determined by the ordinary rules of law.
