Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entsprach, bis auf kleinere Probleme der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Da wir letztes Jahr in der Nachbarwohnung waren, hatten wir auch schon Erfahrung mit der Agentur und dem Gebäude. Wir konnten die Wohnung auch spontan früher beziehen, was wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst haben.
Es gab ein paar kleinere Dinge, an denen man sieht, dass die Wohnung nicht mehr in einem super Zustand ist. So waren die Liegen auf der Terrasse nicht mehr voll funktionsfähig, obwohl insbesondere die Matratze einer ausgetauscht wurde. Auch gab es in der Wohnung den einen oder anderen Schaden, vermutlich von anderen Mietern, aber es wäre toll, wenn man auch solche schon frühzeitig beseitig.
Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

L’appartement est impeccable et très bien entretenu. La cuisine est très bien équipée.
L’emplacement est idéalement situé.

This was one of the best, cleanest and most comfortable Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. My family felt right at home. The host was responsive, the space immaculately clean and the air conditioning strong despite having booked it just an hour before our arrival amidst a heatwave. It felt brand new, it’s clear they take great pains to keep it in tip-top shape. That said, we were a little put off by the long list of penalties that may be imposed on guests if they fail to clean as thoroughly as we do (eg. Steep fees for sand on outdoor furniture in a beachfront rental seems odd, among many other scenarios warranting charge). We also would’ve appreciated any beach amenities at all— towels, chairs, umbrella, and kids’ toys. We ended up buying some of our own from Carrefour downstairs but were surprised none were available given the unit is directly on a sandy beach. All in all, we’d absolutely stay again and appreciated the comfort and unmatched views!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our friends. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The sea view was our favorite.

We also really appreciated the flexibility of a late check-out.

The only thing that slightly detracted from the experience was the long list of additional cleaning fees and penalties, which felt a bit excessive considering the overall price of the stay. For example, there were extra charges for things like not emptying the fridge or dishwasher before leaving, not cleaning the stove or bbq. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it did make the departure feel a little more stressful.

Overall though, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the apartment for a relaxing stay with an great sea view.

Очень понравилось место расположения аппартаментов. Так же радовала весь отпуск сама квартира. Полностью оборудованная и обустроенная. Чистая и комфортная. Хозяин отвечал быстро и решал все вопросы своевременно. Рекомендуем. Нам очень понравилось.

The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It's spacious, with lovely terraces that are perfect for relaxing, and it offers an amazing panoramic view of the sea — exactly what you’d want for a vacation. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time there.

Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat spoiled after we left. Four days after our departure, the host accused us of breaking a window shutter and sent us a bill for a replacement. This came as a surprise, especially since the host’s representative inspected the apartment at check-out and confirmed that everything was in order. We tried to contact the host to clarify the issue, but received no response. Instead of a conversation, we were just sent an invoice.

It’s disappointing that such a beautiful apartment and a pleasant stay ended on a sour note. We hope the host will be more careful in verifying facts before making accusations in the future.
